Shipping and Delivery Reef Online's delivery service-providers are
Fastway road couriers and Australia Post Express Post.
For deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane please allow 3 work days from shipment, for all other state capitals and regional areas please allow 5 -7 work days from shipment.
If the goods are insured and have been damaged or broken in transit then you must refuse to accept the order and notify us immediately.
We do not cover freight expenses on warranty claims.
You will bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods, unless we have agreed to insure the parcel, in which case we are liable to pay you only up to the limit of the agreed insurance. You will always bear all risk of loss or damage arising in connection with the goods.
We will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage arising from the supply of or failure to supply service ( including deterioration, mis-delivery or failure to deliver goods), for any reason whatsoever including breach of contract and negligence.
We and any agents and subcontrators used by us have the benefict of these exclusions and limitations of liability even if any loss or damage arises for any reason whatsoever.
Whilst our Express couriers will make every endeavour to deliver your parcel, there may be instances where a collection card will be left. Should this occur, the onus will be on the customer to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept redelivery charges.
Customer Charter Without the personal contact established with
a shop front, our business relies heavily on trust. It is in our interest to provide
you with the best possible service. We have set ourselves a tough set of guidelines
to make sure that the experience you receive exceeds your expectations.
Orders will be confirmed by automatic email the moment they are received. Any
problems due to out-of-stock items will result in immediate notification.
All orders placed on any given day will be processed and sent out the next day.
All queries by email will be processed within 12 hours.
Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within two days of delivery. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and Reef Online.
In the case of faulty goods we may ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging at your expense.
All returned items upon safe arrival and inspection that the goods are indeed faulty, will be either exchanged or refunded at REEF Online discretion. In the case where the returned goods are found to be not faulty they will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return policy We take our commitment to providing quality products
very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the products
to us for a full refund. If the problem was caused directly by us or our delivery
network, we will also pay for the return shipping.
